Farmer's Life Improvement and Fututure Light Youth Organization (FLIFLY) is improving village beekeepers programme in Cambodia. We have Dr. Zlatko Tomljanovic who is working in Croatian Agricultural Chamber and Dr. Violeta Santrac who is working in Veterinary Institute of Republic of Serpska. They are advisors of FLIFLY to improve village beekeepers programme in many provinces of Cambodia. They have experiences as well as knowledge for beekeeping for many years in many Countries. Dr. Zlatko Tomljanovic is technical adviser  in Croatian Beekeepers Federation and technical adviser in Croatian Agricultural Extension Institute and Dr. Violeta Santrac is expert collaborator, chief deputy on department for Microbiology and infectious disease. Dr. Zlatko Tomljanovic and Dr. Violeta Santrac conducted the training on Technical beekeeping and Value-added Products from Beekeeping on March 13-15, 2011.

FLIFLY is providing advisory services for local NGOs, federations farmers' organistions, agriculture communities/cooperatives, credit unions, agrientrepreneurs and farmers in Cambodia
They trained 11 core trainers of FLIFLY with theory and practice in the plantation and forest in Keansvay district, Kandal province. First they slowed the best practice beekeeping in Republic of Serpska and Croatia. They also mentioned bees that are disappear many Countires in the world by insects and clamate change. They added Cambodia is tropical region that the weather is warm-wet. So plants are growing well. So it a good result for local beekeeping in rural areas. In Cambodia, there are Apis dorsata, Apis florea, Apis andreniformis, Apis cerena, Trigona Sp (34+spicies) and Apis mellifera. Dr. Violeta Santrac told Mr. Rin Po would focus on Apis mellifera in Cambodia too. On March 14, 2011, Mr. Rin Po took Dr. Zlatko Tomljanovic and Dr. Violeta Santrac and trainees to study and practice about Apis dorsatar and Apis florea that are living in the forest directly. When they went to the forest they met two bee hunters as well as took them to see many bees in forest and slowed how to hunt bee too.

Village beekeepers programme is appreciable demonstration and will be a good amount of honey production with enhance crop, vegetable and fruit production. Subsequently a large number of employment generation is also to be happened as well. It is the contaxt of large unrealized potentiality of the Kingdom of Cambodia following socio-economic benefits can be achieved:
- Propomotion and enhancement of agricultural production;
- Enhancement of the quality and production of fruits;
- Promotion and expansion of forest wealth;
- Increasing plant community in the environment;
- Saving and/or earning foreign currency by producing and/or exporting honey and other bee products;
- Provention of diseases by taking pure honey regularly;
- Curing of some particular diseases;
- Promotion and increasing the nutrition value of food;
- Use of wax and other bee products in various industrial products;
- Promotion of medicine quality;
- Upgading the quality and standard of food in the view point of taste and nutrition;
- Increasing the rural based cottage industry in the Country;
- Family solvency through additional income broadly in the rural areas;
- New employment generation by way of rural beekeeping extension;
- Acceleration the development of national economy.
